How do you lose to the Netherlands when you're a world baseball power?

Taveras and Guillen were in the bottom seven in Wins Above Replacement among outfielders last year, and the Dominican Republic is utilizing them as starters.

They also can't find any way to use Jose Reyes (16th in all of baseball) in any capacity other than pinch runner.

Oh, and there's that whole trying to steal third thing. . .
